You do make gains. It's just that the routines you, the sticky, or most people shill for are trash. High volume high weight + proper joint stretching is all you need.
Give me your routine and tell me the weight you use for each excercise.
i agree with the other anon unfortunately, its just not feasable to be really on point with muscle gain if you have such a small window to fit in 3000+ calories.
Keeping up the metabolism is the main thing and there are lots of ways to do it.
care to divulge on these methods?

Why do you think so? Or is it just hard to eat that many calories in that window of time for you?
>Or is it just hard to eat that many calories in that window of time for you?
exactly that, I tried OMAD a while back and I put in a lot of effort for about a week and I was still struggling to get all the food in after not eating for the past 22 hours, although not having to think about food AT ALL for the whole day except for maybe 3 hours was very alleviating.

It was the same for me, but the stomach stretches luckily. I prepare my meal that day, eat it and have the rest of the day free without worrying about any meal or getting hungry. I reckon it's a bad idea for a diet for previous fatties though.
yeah honestly having one meal a day really makes you savour food more, but having to stuff yourself to the point of discomfort is not enjoyable
>care to divulge on these methods?
Diet wise: eat food that makes you feel good and digests well (that usually meals salt, sugar and saturated fat), stay away from stuff that makes you feel bad and ruins your digestions (pufas, excessive fiber, gluten and other anti-nutrients)
sleep well
get some sun
use red lights over blue lights
build muscles
avoid unnecessary stresses (some stresses like lifting, or working hard to save money and quit a bad job for a better one for example, are productive stresses that should yield back more happiness over time)
have good people around you
who knew lucifer gave good advice
You could say that consuming things and acting subjects your body to 'stress' and that accelerates aging relative to you
Minimize that stress and you'll be able to retain your youth for a little longer.
That stress could come from life experience, your very own thought process and algorithm of how you think, the food you eat, the energy you expend and how you expend it, etc.

On my second year of college I was going out with this petite girl that looked just like Kirsten Dunst but redhead. She rejected me without ever telling me why and she turned cold out if nowhere. Now after 4 years she's ballooned the frick up while I got IST. I had fallen incredibly hard for her and I was legit in the dumps for a bit but in retrospect I don't know if I dodged a bullet or not. It's an abstract kind of feel.
Probably for the best, it usually is. The 2 girls i thought were wife material turned out to be SJWs and I ended up marrying a great woman and now we have 3 kids and are working on our 4th.
>avoid stress, being rich helps >have a facelift around age 30-40, being rich also helps here lol >people with naturally greasy skin have an easier time with aging than people with dry skin >tret >exercise
and most importantly >WEAR SUNSCREEN EVERY DAY
asians got this figured out already, westerners are barely catching up. but, good sunscreen that won't make your face look ultra-greasy is also expensive.
>tfw wife looks almost identical to kirsten dunst only difference is she is a fit chick with better breasts
Living the life boyos, she is still batshit insane like all women but at least I wake up next to something that is beautiful without makeup in our mid 30s. Thank you mom and dad for giving me chad genetics
Beyond skincare and makeup hiding imperfections, Dunst was blessed with youthful facial proportions and full cheeks (i.e "babyface"). I have the exact same facial proportions and cheeks and people always think I'm in my mid-20s even though I turn 40 in a couple months.
Walking barefoot. Rubber shoes will insulate you from grounding out the electrical charges that build up inside of your body. This electricity, unless properly discharged, will age you.
Optimize your hormones and neurotransmitters. These are the secrets to youth. The body after is a physical specimen.
I won't speak on the physical ways to do that. But the emotional and mental ways to do that are...
>sleep like a baby prince, without a care in the damn world. restorative sleep is probably the most important
>be very successful in the realm you most wish to be successful (art, sports, business, etc)
>achieve high status (people want to be around you, they invite you places, girls want to date you, i.e. and abundance of positive relationships
>have a lot of fun. laugh a lot and be lighthearted
>manage psychological stress
>don't carry the past on your shoulders, don't worry about tomorrow. live in the present
- get in deep meditative alpha, theta, delta brain wave states. these shift the subjective feeling of time. arguably slows time down
>see beauty. recognize it everywhere. it can be love, a sunset, a cup of coffee. shit that warms your heart 🙂
>connect to the divine (sunlight +grounding in nature away from all humans), have transcendent experiences
>be a clean person (avoid shitty music, excessive drinking, insomnia, junk food, dirty room, cluttered spaces, pollution)
>consume anti-oxidants, avoid inflammatory shit
>have good will towards others and life in general
In general you should have the generalized feeling that all is right in the world and that you genuinely love your life. That at a core level, you are enjoying life.

Intermittent fasting. Ideally OMAD or 2/22. Autophagy elongates your telomeres

It's not that I'm regretful, it just was a pivotal point
