>>what is a sandwich
who are you quoting? he obviously wanted specifics you DOUBLE ACTUALY autist
Lol holy shit this thread is so gay
I've been making protein pbjs following Remington James' recipe. It's just peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and a scoop of protein powder, and then make a pbj with it. Get big bread though. Eat it with a banana and a tall glass of milk and that's my 1000 cal bulking lunch.
Tuna salad or chicken salad sandwiches are always a good idea as well
sounds good what is the ratio of stuff in it
Give recipe
I bring lunch and enough for 2 large snacks.
1st snack, protein shake, granola bar and banana
Lunch, usually something like chicken and rice, steak, pasta
Second snack, pb&nutella
This gets me through bulking while working a 8-4
4 peanut butter honey sandwiches on potatoe bread every day
Wait, you guys get a lunch break?
based Amazon worker
I do Intermittent fasting so lunch is my biggest meal of the day. I have 5 eggs, rice cakes peanut butter and bananas, and then either hummus Or yogurt.
Beef, chicken, pork, turkey, horse, rabbit, duck, potatoes, rice, broccoli, liver, tripe, lungs, tomatoes, eggs, cheese, yogurt, any combination thereof.
Just off the top of my head. Emphasis on the beef.
God I would murder a PB&J right now
My work provides healthy bento. Bloomberg is gains town.
>Bloomberg
gib free terminal access pls
No, I can apod a bloomberg program to make it accessible from non-bloomberg terminal devices but I can't provide the login/service free.
Also our starboards are tracked by inventory so I could only send a damaged one but our inventory room has a camera outside.
law dog
it would be a huge plus for me if my employer provided actual healthy food at work. Not fricking muffins and chips and garbage
Be an adult and provide your own food.
I do. But meal prepped rice and chicken soul-lessly re-heated in a microwave will never be as good as cooking fresh.
guaranteed you're a neet if you wouldn't appreciate a real cooked meal at work
Electrician and I take a flask of warm stew and the like every day to work with homemade bread. Frick of being a useless c**t.
>Electrician
HAHAHA you really fell for the trades meme?
holy frick you're pathetic if you think bringing some b***h boy soup is some moral high ground. i guess you really have nothing else to brag about poorgay scum
You're insulting me because you are forced to eat muffins and chips by your boss?
i would guess that most if not all of fit all get free catered gourmet meals from work since everyone here is a white collar chad
Y-yes we are fellow white collar chad
I am blue collar Chad my trad stay at home wife packs me a nutritious lunch that I eat on the job
All of these lunches suck. They have basically no protein and tons of calories.
Homemade protein pancakes (egg white oats whey) and sugar-free syrup
Hardboiled eggs
Chicken sandwich
And more
Are you guys even trying
serves 5.
>t. biggest in thread
here are my credentials
>2.205lbs of ground beef
lean ground beef is the GOAT, low cal high nutrition unlike chicken breasts.
you're a beast, of course you're eating liver
Looking thick solid and tight, great job dude.
what is you make? take a picture
25g protein mozz balls 25g protein cottage cheese 50g protein skyr cucumbers carrots peppers and sometimes spring onions
I keep a six pack of protein shakes and 5 meals from a meal prep place in my mini fridge, a box of protein bars, mini bags of trail mix, and mini bags of beef jerky in storage cabinet.
in my lunch bag, I'll take a protein shake for breakfast, green shake or salad, some fruits, and sometimes yogurt.
I go through the dumpster at the Arby's near my work around lunch time. You can find so much good shit in there and it's free!
Leftover beef or steak stew (bone broth, beef or steak chunks, potatos, carrots and onion) with two mandarin oranges or a banana.
On Sunday I get a kilo of lean meat (chicken breasts, pork loin, etc), cut it in slices, cook them in a pan and bring it to work on Monday. I find 200g of pork chops easier to eat than half a kilo of Greek yogurt.
I forgot to add I also eat lunch with rest of the colleagues, but it’s usually small with cca 120g of meat which why I bring extra.
Ham and cheese sandwich, sometimes peanut butter sandwich, yoghourt, protein shake, water, banana...
While i dont know if this classifies as a healthy high protein meal (onky new to loosing weight) a go to for me is a chicken and rice dish i got off youtube that is amazing reheated. Its from ethan chelbowski on youtube. I use frozen chicken slices i get from walmart that are actually really good. The marinade is based on mayo but is pretty nice paired with the chicken (do be conservative with the mayo though as les is more) i usually make a large batch of it portion it out and fridge it. Throw some salad and bit of nice pita in there and its pretty good. Skip the rice if your going less carb but keep the veg. Its a pretty easy meal to put together and the garlic sauce is addiciting. I put in a ton more garlic powder and vinegar though. It needs it.
Im never hungry till later in the day. So I'll have two protein bars, and maybe some cereal. I work at a hotel of course, so the occasional morning it's smoked sausage, or patties with scrambled eggs in an everything bagel, or an omelette and red skin potatoes.
bento unironically
why is everyone bulking lmao, it's summer
Because we aren't lookism gays. Imagine not making gains for 5 months.
I bring crockpot chicken, broccoli, and rice in a pyrex
Some rotisserie chicken and half a sweet potato
Crisp bread (knekkebrød)
For breakfast, lunch and supper.
