Depends on how disabled you are. If you're too disabled, make sure to take things slow and only work out on days you're fully recovered. Your joints are more prone to injury once you reach the quarter-lifespan age.
Testosterone levels have dropped down significantly over the last few generations. Gen X was unironically the last generation to not be affected by this. I see Millennials complain about turning 30 as if they're joints turned to dust and they also immediately start growing grey hairs in the late 20's
>low test >old asf >constant joint pain >nobody likes you >women dont even give you a second thought >most likely balding
gee anon I dont know why would anybody not look forward to their 30s? I'm 20 btw
my life has gotten markedly better in every way since 30 except i have to stretch and warm up a lot more and my recovery isnt as good. also hangovers are ass but thats just your body telling you to stop being moronic anyway so kind of a wash
I need advice from you guys. I am 30 years old, basicaly completelly new to weightlifting. Only equipment i have is set of dumbells, with max 20 kg weight per arm. Cant have a bench or pull up bar. Possible i will buy more weights when the time comes.
I try to exercise 5 days a week. My job is insane, day and night shifts, so this following routine works for me since i can finish it in about 45 minutes.
I know i wont get super jacked, but i want to build muscle, and lose weight. I am in caloric deficit and its going great so far, so that part isnt a problem.
Would you add some exercise to my "routine", or substitute some
Should i add some form of cardio to this routine? Maybe jumping jacks, or burpees?
>30 year old
here's your routine, grandpa
just do a normal routine.
Whatever you like and can stick to.
PPL?sure
Full body? sure
upper lower? sure.
Just do what you can
A basic 3 day per week full body routine is good regardless of lifting history. Hard to beat the basics

This image will probably help but I'm not IST myself so I don't know how true it is.
Sorry I don’t know what exercises are good for boomers
Not the ideal routine, but light dumbbell work has low risk of injury and if you feed and rest yourself right then the stimulus is sufficient.
Good post. I started lifting for the first time in my entire life at 31 and two years later I am doing 1/-/3/4 + 2pl8 pullup
OP use your body.
Why do millennial and zoomer homosexuals nowadays think hitting 30 is a death sentence? They make it sound like you just hit your 50's.
If you don’t have children aging seems unnatural and terrifying

microplastics are not a meme.
Can lifting and running offset the testosterone loss?
Only at a slight margin. Government and israelites have made sure to turn you into weak cattle.
Yes but you'll need to start shooting up TRT for massive test gains
Kids nowadays age quicker. They're just naturally inferior and break down at 30 years old kek

How did your life get better
Same simply because I finally gave up and now eagerly wait for death. I work out to meet the reaper in a good shape
Have you seen women in their 30s atm? And consider the women that will be reaching their 30s when zoomers do will be even worse
im 35 and i'm unironically more healthy trhen when i was 15
sure, i have allot less hair but otherwise i'm better in every measurable way
its a meme like saying that 5'10 is manlet
1 x boardgames with friends and family
1 x watching some game show on tv i dunno
1 x vacuuming the floor
3 x washing dishes
Do Starting Strength until you get an idea of what you want to accomplish and then switch.

Add some dumbbell orangutan squats
