Twomad cardio is GAY the best way is to just track calories, make sure you're getting enough vitamins and protein (just take supplements if you're a lazy piece of shit like me). If not you can also do light(er) weight high rep sets as they're more like cardio anyway and you might get a bit of muscle growth out of it. At the very least it will get blood pumping to your muscles which is great for things like warming up/warming down and good practice for recovery. Sors: lost over 150 pounds
I do rowing for my cardio, I usually smoke a small bowl before starting, and watch a show while I row. I don't smoke enough to get "high", just enough to take my mind off how much I hate cardio, and laugh at whatever I'm watching.

Drink plenty of kool aid and eat lots of watermelon to keep hidrated
I do like 15min jump rope. I also like running (outside).
