            You could be lacking vitamins and minerals of you only eat potatoes rice and steak. Add some veggies, fruits, dairy, eggs and liver into your diet. See if that helps

                Im not american so idk, thought most supermarkets had it. Its not necessary, but it is a easy way to get alot of vitamins and minerals that you would need for a week in a single meal. Its really a superfood, but just be openminded if you havent had it before cause its an aquired taste.

    Do a blood test to see if you're not lacking any vitamin or whatever.
