        Nope, I just prefer to get my protein from meat or dairy and prefer my carbs from rice or lentils. I do a 40/30/30 calorie ratio for protein, carbs, and fat.

    i use oxtail seasoning, adobo powder with lime, fresh cilantro, salsa, chili powder lime juice, hot sauce, and slow cook the beans in my crock pot with stock my leftover chicken thigh bones

    The absolutely STINKIEST farts I was ripping were from when I was eating a shitload of beans, cabbage, and ground turkey daily. Not even my Hispanic genes could save me.
