Not OP but I am on a cut how many hour of cardio a week should I do to cut and not lose muscle?? Would 30 minutes each days be the best or an hour or like 2 insane session a week ??
hard cardio usually is a very fatiguing form of cardio such as running at hight speed (~85% max hr) and low cardio is less fatiguing and at lower heart rate (~65%).you really only should do hard cardio if you're trying to improve at that specific sport no need to run that fast if you're just doing it for general cardiovascular benefit

Hard cardio is anaerobic cardio, where you use up oxygen faster than you can get it into your blood.
Light cardio is aerobic cardio, where do don't deplete oxygen.
Lactic acid or lactate is a byproduct of anaerobic respiration. Your liver can later recycle this lactate back into pyruvic acid for aerobic respiration, but this takes time + oxygen to do.

Despite the shapes visible on your abdomen, I strongly suspect you are holding a lot of fat. Those aren't big obliques, those are love handles. And I can't see your serratus or rib cage, which makes me think you are skinny fat and not skinny.
I would cut down either 10% of your bodyweight first or else cut down to 7% bodyfat (whichever milestone you reach first). Once there, evaluate the situation again.
