Y'all got any good high protein breakfast recipes? I currently do .5 cup of rolled oats, whole milks, raisins, and 2-3 tbsp of peanut butter. It's not bad but it's only 20-something grams. Looking for something that can be made quick or prepped and reheated in advance.

This is cultural appropriation. y'all is Texas' word.
It belongs to the south.
why not a scramble bowl and put that in the fridge the night before, and just reheat quick in the morning?
250g of quark 😀
i hope you live in a place where quark has normal protein and not sub 15g protein per 100g
You shouldn't be eating anything for breakfast.
are you looking for a hot foods in particular? I often have plain greek yogurt (around 1 cup) with a scoop of protein powder, 2+ tablespoons of peanut butter, and mixed berries. I will sometimes add some high protein granola and mixed seeds too, and it can easily end up around 50-60 grams of protein. I really enjoy this in the morning or post workout.
hard boiled eggs are also good to have on hand for when you don't want to spend a bunch of time cooking

most PB is filled with poison unfortunately
I use natural PB
I do my best to avoid partially hydrogenated shit
Steak and eggs is the breakfast of kings.
>ya'll
please leave your zoomer speak at the door. The entire internet did not suddenly become hicks in the last few years.
Because of anon from IST, I'm now only say "yooze" or "yooze guys" instead of y'all
Thanks. I can't stand "ya'll".
if y'all'd've just listened before none of this would've happened.
Gee thanks boss
I am southern you dumb Black person.
I've never tried eating eggs; what do they taste like and how easily can you frick up cooking them?
You can't. The odds of getting salmonella from a raw egg are so low that there's virtually no risk in eating them raw, which is the only thing you'd want to consider otherwise. The rest is up to your own preferences. I prefer to alternate between raw eggs (added to my morning smoothie) and scrambled with hot sauce and a little bit of Italian seasoning.
250g of quark
250ml of milk
50g of oats
handful of mixed nuts
little over 40g of protein at 700kcal. just mix together in a bowl. adjust consistency with water. its like yogurt with oats. i like to just drink it.
Shrimp and eggs. Cover in the ol' bay.
Overnight oats: 1/2 cut oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, and can stir in some flax seed.
The typical brekky of eggs bacon toast gets to often be so calorically dense you can't work out proper. If you workout prior to this that's fine, but to get the energy for the wrokout you'd need to drown yourself in coffee usually. I find your brekky to be sufficient enough and won't have to wait 2 hours for your breakfast to digest somewhat.
>but to get the energy for the wrokout you'd need to drown yourself in coffee usually
or just have some willpower
eggs, six of them.
My "running late" breakfast:
1.5 scoops choccy whey
2 scoops rolled oats
handful of frozen strawberries or chopped banana
300ml full fat milk
blast in blender for 60 seconds, drink in car on way to work.
3 servings of plain skyr is 270 calories and 48 grams of protien. Mix with honey, fruit, granola etc.
