Why does this always happen? I just want to get stronger erectors but these fuckers always take the machine
How many reps should I be doing if I add weight? I was doing 20 reps unweighted, still doing 20 reps with 30lbs but I'm worried I'm over doing it. I now have to absolutely take a break between the leg/core day and my deadlift day or else I struggle on my deadlift.
I did 8-15 when I was doing normal reps with bar on back. I do 5-10 right now but that's because I do a 3 count pause at the top of each rep, I don't know if I would go that low if I was doing normal reps tbh
I feel your pain, senpai. Ex infanty checking in, my back was the first to go. Then knees. Then achilles / calf. Now I can barely function, putting on a shit load of weight, and can barely do any Phys anymore
Slipped disc? Disk?
I've never had this happen.
Is it because of bad form or big boy Weight?
Both. You don't notice it for a little, and then it gets progressively worse.
Can literally happen from sitting around all day.
both and there's also a third - shitty machines
if you are doing military press with a 90 degrees seat angle or leg press, say goodbye to your disks
Literally get this from sitting down. Exercising makes it feel good.

Welcome to the rest of your life.
>fixes it in 3 sets once a week

What's better, this or reverse hyper?
Different movements, do both

>falling for the "you need to squat/DL to get big" meme
Just do the hypertrophy versions of these lifts and you'll get big and be injury-free
>hypertrophy versions
high reps, low-ish weight? tell me more, I'd rather be safe than sorry
Get more back pain from sitting than squats or deadlifts

Go to the VA, bro. Get compensation.
>running for hours at a time with 100lbs of gear
Yes
Just curious. Where you in good shape before joining the infantry?
why are you putting on weight?
every time I've been bed-ridden with an injury (sometimes months at a time) I lose a lot of weight
just don't eat much
Just look at this dude lifting 4 plates.

You guys should be fine.
